How do you handle duties and taxes for those living outside China? 

Your duties and taxes will be based on your current country rates. Please note that buyers will be responsible for their own duties and tax.

How do you determine shipping costs?

Smaller works cost less to ship, and larger works, especially those that require unique crating or packaging materials, will cost more to ship. Please note that shipping charges may fluctuate based on changing air fuel charges.

When can I expect my order to ship? 

All works from AME Art Gallery ship within 14 business days of the date the order is placed. 

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within 14 days following your order date, please contact and we will help investigate the status of your order.

How do I know when my order has shipped? 

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a Courier tracking number so you can monitor your shipment directly.

Can I return an order I have received? 

All works offered on our site are final sale items. Thus, we are unable to accept returns for sold artworks except in the case of damage during shipping.
